[Resolved] Videocon D2H — regarding non refund of subscription fees inspite of repeated reminders and complaints | |||
Sir I was a videocon d2h subscriber my customer id is[protected]. I had problems with the lmp provided by the company since last one year and i had to get it replaced thrice by the company service man and each time i had to pay 600₹ for the same. Hence i decided to disconnect the services and lodged complaints for the same (Complaint no.[protected] and[protected] inspite of multiple reminders there is no response from the customercare or the company as the refund amount remaining is 7293.25 ₹. Kindly register my complaint for refund, poor services and also charge penalty against the company and the promoter of this product mr abhishek bacchan. Was this information helpful? | |||
