Videocon D2H — Request to refund

Today 01/07/2015 i recharged my videocon d2h through their videocon website, amounted credited from account but recharge not done.Recharged for 1140 rs.Reference no:[protected].
So again i recharged same through another website easyrecharge and it processed successfully.So totally i did 2 transactions both for 1140 rs...2 times amount debited from my account but recharge processed for only one time.So kindly refund my 1140 rs which i recharged through videocon website.Please do the needfull as soon as possible.Already i spoked to videocon customer care.
