[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — rude behaviour and no response for my complaint

I asked to deactivate my addons all star sports hd and sony pix they said we will remove wait in line when i call to them there is no proper response from the videocon cc people after waiting 15 min in line they said we removed, but they lied to me the addons are still going on and i did not get any msg to mobile, again i called to the cc people their behaviour is rude can't speak polite to the people, they are chit chatting and laughing when i was in call this is ridiculous when a customer is in call and having a problem how you people do like this.
Remove my addons all star sports hd and sony pix.

I asked to deactivate my addons all star sports hd and sony pix they said we will remove and wait for a second in line i waited for 15 min in line during the call they chit chatting and laughing they don't even listen properly my problem after 15 min again they asked to would like to deactivate what?? This is ridiculous. I said to deactivate my addons they said ok we will deactivate now but the channels are still going on this is rubbish. The customer care people of videocon d2h are ridiculous and rubbish and rude they don't have patience to listen the problem please take an action on them.
Please deactivate my addons as soon as possible.

I had purchased LCD with Videocon paisa vasool offer and i had send the required docs on their Aurangabad office in the name of BMO, had confirmed over phone that docs have been received but it being more than 03 months refund not received and given contact no also not working now.
Serial no is VG/0510/26303.

I have recharge on 23 sep2017 for Rs 3373.00 by my hdfc credit card . Amount debited but recharge not done.Transition id is 037926 and my customer id is 81716305 for videocon d2h . Please either recharge this or reverse my money to my hdfc bank account. Proof photo arranged herewith.pl do as early as possible.Thanks
