[Resolved] Videocon D2H Service — Service offered by customer service center | |||
My videocon d2h customer id 884745. Have been using this from almost 6 yrs. Today, when i called for some channels not reflecting, whereas some channels reflecting, they first refreshed it., and without any explanations said that i will need to call technical person at my place and pay 200 charges. After some time the channels which were coming after which the channels that were coming stopped. Again called and they asked to do dd nation channel and wait for 10min and assured mayter will be resolved. when i saw again even home channel now is not coming. they say that call compulsary techninician and pay 200.in this lockdown it is not possible for me to call, pls confirm how some channels which were coming 5hrs before today has stopped. further the customer support is very rude and arrogant. one of them abruptly disconnected my phone. pls help me. i am a widow with a son and cant keep calling technician and paying him 200rs for no work.
