Videocon D2H — shifting delay

Dear sir,
Am trying to shift d2h set from begumpet to yapral at hyderabad, since 5 days. All my efforts are in vain, every time i keep calling them they say engineer will respond in 8 hrs.
My consumer no.[protected]
My complaint no's:
18th may, complaint no:[protected]
19th may, complaint no:[protected]
20th may, complaint no:[protected]
21st may, complaint no:[protected]
Registered complaints on 22nd and 23rd may, but did not receive complaint no's

Request to kindly resolve the issue

My customer I'd is 43048406 issue is every month I pay 198.24 that is bst all south and 2 pay channels including gst.but they put without my concern 408 per month.kindly resolve this issue.rtn number is [protected].

We would like to inform you that as we have checked and we found no error as mentioned. However, your monthly subscription is Rs. 222. 90/- as per new regime with BST with Colors Kannada and Cooking Active as ala carte in the monthly subscription.
