[Resolved] Videocon D2H — signal problem from last one and half month but no solution till now | |
Hi, I am using videocon d2h from last 7-8 years and it was all good so far. But this time it crossed all the limit. I am facing signal problem from last almost 2 months, I raised complaint multiple time but no one is coming to fix it. They are closing my complaint without resolving it. I am getting a call from [protected] each time i raised a complaint saying engineer will in 2-3 hrs but no body is coming and closing the complaint. I explained my issue 100 times till now then also this people are again and again asking "What is the issue?". As i done 3 months recharge so i was not SHIFTING to other service provider and giving them chance again and again. BUT now i think it better to shift to other good provider. Jul 10, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally after one and half month this people got some time to visit my home. It took just 10 mins to change the receiver. i was waiting for one and half month for this 10 mins. Excellent service. keep it up Videocon D2H team. Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
