I'm totally frustrated with the service engineer and the call center person. 1. The call center person told that on 15th by 1.40 pm service engineer will call and may fix the problem 2. Alas there was no call 3. Today 16th i got a call from a number [protected], (Unable to recollect the name). Since i was outside and not expecting him, after returning home at 5.30 i have called him. 4. He said he will come and attend this day. 5. At 6.30, 7, 7, 30, 8 and 8.30 he does not pickup the call Pathetic service Was this information helpful? | |
