Videocon D2H — trai-videocon d2h not providing channel of my choice

I have been trying to contact videocon d2h since 4 days through call, email and their website. But they are not responding me. Their website is not working as i already activated my packs though their website only. My package includes star channels, zee channels, sony channels and colors channels pack. Customer id is[protected]. I am not able to see my channels. Please solve the problem. Thank you.
