Videocon D2H — tv connection

Dear sir,
With due to respect I inform you that my TV connection videocon d2h I'd no.[protected] is not working since 1st Feb.2019 I have called lot of time to customer care of same but they are always said it will ne working from tomorrow but problem still as it is, I am facing lot of problem and already complaint many time to local dealer but he is always told talk to customer care .
Sir kindly look into this
