Videocon D2H — Unable to activate HDRF set top box | |
I ordered HDRF set top box from videocon d2h site. on friday 23/07/2021 it was received & installed. In manual there is instruction for activating the set top box i.e. send msg d2h BB ACT(VC no) to 56677. i sent that msg from my no which was given at the time of bookin set top box. but unable to activate. called so many times to customer care executive, they didnt find any record of this box & said it will be activated in 24 hrs some says 48 hrs, some says it is not possibel to activate& unable to activate the box. Today(Monday) agin i send the msg but unable to activate the box. I want to return this box if it is not activated so what is the procedure to return it & refund my money.
