Videocon D2H — videocon d2h complaint regarding recharge and customer care support

I recharged my d2h connection for 300 amount on 26 Feb 29 and my services are not resumed till date i.e 12 March 19.I mailed my complaint to customer care and nodal officer Rajasthan too about the same but no progress till date and even they are not bother about this.

So please look into the matter and help me out of this.
