Videocon D2H — videocon d2h connection not working | |||
Current date of incident: 01/10/2018 Client no: 76316594 We are using videocon d2h from last 6 years (Date of connection : 5th september 2012) and suddenly from last two three months we are getting an error message on my screen saying "signal not available". Whenever i called customer service, first they asked me to wait for 20-30 min to resume services, but when it was not fixed. I call them again now vd2h agent shows that they are solving my problem and put me on hold after some time they ask me to switch off and on the tv set-top-box but still problem not solved so now they came to conclusion and told me that problem cannot be solved and i need to pay for service engineer rs 200 for his visit. I want to file for grievance case as this type of issue i have faced 4 months back, after several followups they have solved this issue by resetting/ refreshing command from their side. But now they are refusing to do the same and challenging customer (Saying do whatever you can do). Was this information helpful? | |||
