Videocon D2H — Videocon d2h is not refunding my money

Hi,

I have made multiple calls to get a refund. I have been told thrice that I will get the refund within 24 hours but never got the funds credited into my account.

I have made alteast 20 calls in the past 10 days.

Every time, I call the customer representative make me wait for 20-30 minutes so he/she can connect me to the supervisor. In the end, the so-called supervisor never comes on the phone.

Videocon complaint number 87164898 / 87460027

Either refund the amount or disconnect my d2h account because I am not happy with the customer service.

For your note, you can refer to complaint no. 87460027. I have sent an email 2 days back with transaction details required by the billing team. Another email was sent 13 days back

Just for your information. the money Rs.12660 is vanished now. When I shared the transaction details, it looks like your team has taken the amount in their own bank account instead of crediting it into my account.
