Hi, I have made multiple calls to get a refund. I have been told thrice that I will get the refund within 24 hours but never got the funds credited into my account. I have made alteast 20 calls in the past 10 days. Every time, I call the customer representative make me wait for 20-30 minutes so he/she can connect me to the supervisor. In the end, the so-called supervisor never comes on the phone. When I shared the transaction details, it looks like your team has taken the amount in their own bank account instead of crediting it into my account.
