[Resolved] Videocon D2H — videocon stb not working after upgrade

My stb is not working aftet upgrade on 19 sep 2020. I tried to call on cuatomer care either their are wrong or not working. After lot of efforts i get connected with customer care and they suggested for a engineer visit and charges will be on my side. Why should i pay for this as this is not my fault, its d2h team fault without informing me they upgraded my box. Please look into this on priority.
