My self firoz mulani and i am your 9 years (Approx) old customer. From last 2 week facing some service not available issue in my set up box. Same has been called customer care and log complaint and after many follow up engineer comes at home and told me camera need to be change and the cost is rs. 500/- for single camera and dual camera rs. 1000/- along with service charges.. I have confirm with customer care and they told me actual cost is rs. 175+200 (Including service charge). Then again i many discussion happened with customer care and service center chembur branch engineer come and change the camera as per actual cost. After 1 days same problem happened again i am called to customer care and ask to agent for log complaint but they don't log just because of my call wad disconnected. After 2 days again i called cc they log complaint and engineer come and change the set up box and charge rs. 250 /- given to ramesh.. (That time i got very interesting thing about the your service engineer change the two type of parts one is original and duplicate if customer give some extra amount as per engineer request they replaced original parts or they replaced duplicate parts i have video clip also.
After that customer care again deduct rs. 250/- from my account. I am just asking why i am give you again 250 just for same complaint...
Today i am called customer care and senior supervisor dipak or dinesh he also not given proper feedback and call was disconnected without info...
I hope you take 5 min from your busy schedule and resolve this issue...

Yesterday i got call from service center mr. Raju and he told me we have make recharge of rs. 250- but again unfortunately my last date of service showing 25th july i called to raju for this rs. 250/- for 3 days he said please raise new complaint in call center, again i log complaint for the same and he told me you will get resolution by 23rd july 1pm. Now i am calling to customer care for status he telling new story.
I am frustrated with d2h team and mentally harasses with this guy. Was this information helpful? |
