Videocon D2H — wrongly debited my money

Dear trai,
My videocon d2h customer i'd is 93612233.
I had logged complaint against not working setup box. So service engineer visited and solved the problem. I had paid 200rs. Cash but also 200rs debited from d2h account. Followed since long with customer care and they files 3 times new complaint. Still there is no any resolution.
Plz do the needful.
