From sunday (07/01/18) around 12:00 pm on wards, the picture (Black screen displayed) and sound are not working in my tv, but the channel name / program name are displayed. Today (08/01/18) i have given the complaint and the technician came to my home and rectified (He did restart / enter the password) then he charged rs 200/-. I refused to pay the money due following reason. 1. He didn't change any spare. 2. There is no fault in my receiver or set up box. 3. This technical issue is purely from videocon. Meanwhile you have cut the money from service and the service was terminated. Was this information helpful? | |||||
