Customer id is[protected], i have raised the request for re-installation. Complaint number is -[protected]. Calls to the customer care goes in hold mode for more than 20 minutes, so far they have not done any steps to install the dish. Irritating the customer. The engineer visited, he didnt installed the dish saying some reasons and he closed the complaint. I still didnt got the service. I paid the money for the dish and i need to get the service.
