[Resolved] Videocon DTH — promised offer not given | |||
Videocon dth offered me 50% extra time on 6month recharge. But after the completion of 6month period they stopped my dth service and did not provide me 50% extra time. I recharged on 17march 2017 for 6 month. They stopped my services on 12th september 17. With 50 % extra viewing time it should end in 16december 17. My customer id for videocon dth is 89166047. Videocon D2h is not showing DD National during live cricket match. A screen is showing to subscribe Star Sports channel. They showed as per Supreme Court Order ongoing live event is unavailable. Please take strict action on Videocon.
