Videocon Industries — air conditioner fraud

I purchased an ac last year, 2 weeks before my wedding, when i switched on the ac, there was a water leakage. I complaint for the services, they came after a month and promised to return 2 days after with proper equipments for the service. But never heard from them after that. Again i registered complaint, they came after a week and surprisingly breaking my ac. They apologized and promised to repair it as soon as possible. Again they never came. After months of calling and calling, they came twice saying the company has been shutting down and they were very rude. It's been nearly a year since i brought the ac for rs.31000.
