Videocon Industries — bad customer service | |||
Hi i am ashok kumar gupta & my id number is 67140945. Today videocon d2h has deducted balance without my information because of the new change in tarrif plan & other plan. When i call the customer care & spoke with paramjeet singh as a representative & ask him about the details of my plan, he replied that we are facing technical issue so please call us back later hence i requested him to transfer the call to supervisor but he repeatedly said that i cannot transfer the call because of technical issue. He was not able to help me at all & also disconnected the call while speaking with me. Hence i would request you take strict action againts these issue. My contact email id is ak. Hiphop.
