Dear sir/madam,

My brother is a current subscriber of video con d2h. His customer id is[protected]. The subscription is registered under the name of manoj kumar chavan. He is no longer in our contact. I successfully however changed the registered phone number from my account by logging into it, but i am not able to change the name. So i request you to change the name to sandip gurav, which is my brother name as he is using and paying for this customer id. I am mentioning it below again.

Current registered name: sandip gurav

Correct name: manoj kumar chavan

As i am not a resident of india currently and my father is not comfortable to computer use, please call him on the registered phone number if needed.
