[Resolved] Videocon Industries — Channel not found | |||||
I am using Videocon D2H for past few years and man there service is such a pain. Every now and then there is a new problem from there end and upon calling the customer care, they ask for no less than 200 bucks just for a visit. From past 6 days I see "Channel Not Found" error on screen. I thought it was due to low balance so I recharged my account but in vain. I also checked the dish for any tree branches in the way or the dust but there seems absolutely no problem from my side. We are forced to use such bad services of these providers as we have no other options left. They are just harassing customers. I will switch to JIO DTH when it launches and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Video"con" D2h. Was this information helpful? | |||||
