[Resolved] Videocon Industries — channel subscription | |
Sony ten 2 channel was not subscribed in our plan, so as said in the SMS provided by the videocon d2h, we gave a missed call to the provided number. A message was given saying that the the service will be activated. But we waited for two days. Then we messeged again as shown in the videocon TV screen. Again no use, the channel was not subscribed. We repeated this many times. Then we mailed videocon customer care asking their assistance. No response was given. We tried in customer care number and there was no reply. I am very unhappy to mention the poor cuutomer care service of videocon d2h. Was this information helpful? | |
