Videocon Industries — complaint against videocon services | |||
Hi, My Customer ID is[protected]. I called the customer care today 31st July 2017, requested him to change the package plan to Flexi 84 but he has changed the package to some gold plan which was not at all requested by me. Also, the guy who picked my call seems drunk. I am using two Videocon connections and will change the subscriber to Tata Sky. Will never ever recommend anyone to use Videocon D2h services in future.
