Hello trai, I am writing this as i am very disappointed about the services and the assistance provided by videocon d2h. N2001172336083361462198 is the transaction id for the recharge i have done on 17th jan 2020. I have been chasing up the customer care but it has been more than 12 hours now i do not see my channels yet. I have called up the customer care many times but they do not talk properly and seem to be ignoring me for the issue. Kindly look into the issue as the customer care service is very very bad here.
