Videocon charged me extra money for my account[protected]. Whenever i raise a complaint they insult and humiliate me by saying that you are laying. And they don't help at all. Their senior disconnect the call when i call them and they are saying that you only have activated it. I have raised more than 6 complaint but no response. My machine under warranty period. Motor of machine is not work so I call tollfree number but not calling of them
