[Resolved] Videocon Industries — customer service | |||
Customer id: 90657301 Stb is not working and it is showing message "scanning satellite st2". Called customer care and have not got a satisfactory reply. They would be sending an engineer to solve this issue and the engineer will. Charge 200. This is a software issue which should be sorted from the service location. One, i don't find the reason of sending an engineer when it is something which they can solve at their end.
