[Resolved] Videocon Industries — d2h account showing zero balance | |||
I recharged my account with Rs. 300 on 27th may and it is showing zero balance. I called many times to customer care and they are not willing to resolve the issue. The customer care executive disconnects the phone many times. Or they say it will be resolved tomorrow, sometimes they sày within one hour and so on. Bad customer service of vediocon d2h. Customer id 3341358 Before this I had relocated my dish antenna to new address for which the service guy charged me Rs 400 and another Rs 50 which I already paid in cash. So where is my recharge money 300 gone? Why the service is stopped and showing zero balance?? Very strange behaviour of D2H Customer care !!! Was this information helpful? | |||
