I called D2h customer care and he told me that for this month Feb-19 I can continue to pay for New Diamond pack and I have till end of Feb to decide what channel pack I want to opt for even though the TRAI deadline is over.
Trusting him I recharged and now D2H has on its own changed my pack to what I do not know. The channels that I would regularly watch are gone.
Their numbers do not connect and website does not load.
I am stopping all my business with D2H oing forward for this misbehavior. Was this information helpful? |
