Customer ID[protected] The spelling of the account name (first name only) is wrong. Please correct the first name from SPARSHA to ESPERANCA I had asked your agent via call to do so but he said I could do this via d2h app but I can't find any options to do. Hence, please do the needful and confirm once completed. Thank you. Also, I have recently changed my RTN but I am still receiving calls from D2H on this old number. Please stop this immediately as I have updated the new number. AND DELETE the OLD NUMBER FROM YOUR RECORDS. Confirm once completed. Thank you. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
