Videocon Industries — d2h failed to provide as per trai guidelines

After my last recharge did it on 2 nd feb 2019. I have selected chennels and paid amount as per my package and as per told by customer care agent.
But from that same day half channel are working whereas half channels are not working.
Tried calling your all helplines but issue was not resolved till date.
Need your intervention on this issue.
Feeling very disappointed with your services.
