[Resolved] Videocon Industries — d2h - no transparency of charges and conflicting info | |||
My relatives wanted d2h dth connection and requested me to co-ordinate with them for the same. I called d2h customer care first time when i called the guy gave me some numbers and asked me to call on them. When i called on them it said number does not exist. I checked the d2h website and numbers were same. Also the hd stb plan was for 1599 rs. I again called d2h customer care, i said again that i want a new connection. The guy asked what is your customer id? How can i have a customer id when i am a prospective customer. He said he will not proceed unless i tell customer id. I disconnected and again called them. This time the guy said the new connection with hd stb will cost me 1840 inr + 1 month subscription of my choice of channels will be separate to be paid. I said your website shows 1599. He said their system shows 1840 and nothing can be done about it. They were not supportive or helpful in any way. I said i wish to talk to their seniors and they refused. Later i booked tatasky and then d2h sales guy called me and promised me that he was ready to give me connection in rs 1699. By then they already lost a customer! Was this information helpful? | |||
