[Resolved]  Videocon Industries — D2H Recharge Failed - Money Deducted

Hi,

I have recharged my d2h account[protected] with Rs.329 on 20 Feb 2021 via
D2H Infinity app. The money is deducted from my account but the account
information is not updated in the account and the recharge is not completed.
I was told that the money will be reverted or credited to my D2H account within 13 hours of the transaction but it has already been 48 hours. I have neither received the refund, nor the recharge is successful.
