I Have recharged my account on 11 Jan 2020. And the recharge amount is reflected in my account. Still the service is not being resumed. We have interacted with the Customer care who put me on hold for several minuties and then hangup on the call. After several attempts on calling to customer care the service person has visited the house but still the service is not resumed. The service center person who visited the house said that as your set of box has being replaced earlier thus you need to again recharge your account. As new set of box is linked to some other user account. What nonsense is this. Due to companies default at back-end why does the customer pay twice. Seems the company have adopted the policy of looting there OLD and valuable customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
