I have a air conditioner of videocon and it is registered with mobile number [protected]. I have amc for ac. I have registered for ac service then your executive has came to my residence and found to be change for cooling quail and gas refilling. He asked for rs.800/- as installation charges but at the time of doing amc, that was not informed to me. According to me, i do not have to pay anything to your executive. And i have words with your area service manager, he also asked for the same. Kindly do needful.
