Videocon Industries — disgusting service from the part of technician and customer care executives

I had registered a request for d2h shifting on 7th of jan. The call centre executive who had attended the call assured me that the things will be done on sunday itself. And please note that while registering the compliant i had informed him that there is a need of additional cable around 5 metres. I had waited for the engineer call for the entire day. But nothing happened. Next day i got a call from your engineer at 1 pm and he visited the site at 3:45pm and dismantled the antenna and installed at new place. But he didn't brought the required cable and other things.. He told me that customer care executive didn't conveyed all those things which i had informed earlier. And he assured me that things will done by 7:00 yesterday. As i am working in a bank i took a half day by believing your un trustworthy engineer. Today also and waited for your technician but nobody has come. Please note that he had demanded installation charge before completing the job. And today his mobile number was un reachable. Finally i had called customer care executives and one lady who attended my call showed a rude attitude towards me. This is not a good attitude and she is not supposed to sit there. Her name is charandeep kour. And she transferred my call to her supervisor he also told me that he is not responsible for this type of poor customer service from the part of d2h. Then i need an answer where should i compliant on this kind of poor customer service. Let me demand few things as follows
1. Escalate my issue and complete the installation tomorrow before 8.00 am
2. Penalise your engineer and customer care executives who are attended my call on 09 of jan
3. I had incurred monetory loss and i lost my leave. So you bound to complete the proceedure at free of cost and demand compensation of rs. 2500 for the same.
It may be noted that iam paying for your pakages without any use.
Otherwise i'll go to consumer care and any other extend to get my consumer rights...
And you should inform me all the action taken by you in the above case.

And i won't recommend d2h to any one
