[Resolved] Videocon Industries — excess amount debited and not returned to my dth account | |
There were excess amount debited for installation of my dth while relocating. Case[protected] raised for the same, but still it's one month since the case raised, i have not got any update. I raised a new case[protected] which is also not resolved as promised. Would like to take it up further if there is no reply on my escalated cases and this complaint.
