Videocon Industries — improper installation of tv | |||||
My Videocon LED TV was purchased on 19th May and was improperly installed on 23rd May by Mr Pankaj. He was very arrogant and inefficient he took my signature and Service Code number before installation. He didn't show us the proper installation alignments despite me REQUESTING HIM TWICE. Now the Videocon Service Center is telling me to pay charges for re-installing for no fault of mine. After endless calls to Service Center my problem is not resolved. This is the first time I am facing such a problem. I'll never ever recommend Videocon brand to anyone and also inform Vijay Sales about their inefficiency and pathetic Service Center www Was this information helpful? | |||||
