[Resolved] Videocon Industries — led tv repairing

I have raised first complain for videocon customer care 5 dec 2017.
I have receive complain no jod[protected]. Then after 6 dec i have receive again technical helper no and appt date 10/12/2017 2:00 pm.. I am waiting this person. I am slef call in 9/12/2017 he said 10/12/2017 defiantly come and reapir it.. But he didnot recive my call in 10/12/2017 i call again customer care and area manager but not sufficient answer.

.i am already communication with person .his person commitment and say come and collect led but till not come in my place .i calling his person 16 dec he say 17 dec come in ur place and collect but now 18 dec not come till now.
