Videocon Industries — locking channels | |||
I'm a Videocon d2h subscriber, as of now i have have to pay for channels i don't want. I have accidentally subscribed one of their channels and now i can't unsubscribe it. It has been locked out and I'm forced to pay more by the company, so kindly resolve this issue . It is a blunt and blatant violation of TRAI norms. It seems that the company is holding its customers hostage .This an unethical business model and i have contacted their customer care and they responded by saying that there is nothing they can do untill the lock period.
