Videocon Industries — main menu changed | |||
Company has not communicated anything prior to the changes nor they have after. They are just assuming everyone should call and ask them and they will convey the this information to them. Mosaic menu had the option to change channels with hd and normal listed and sorted. It was very easy and it was one of the resson i opted for videocon. But now since they have discontinoued it, service is not worth it. I want to file complain against the company under unauthorised mosaic menu removal, curtomer were not aware and neither they were informed at all. Services play very important part in using the set top box and guiding through. Please bring the menu back and inform this to all customers incase you make any changes. Or you can do somthing better that what it is right now. It is completelty pathetic and you are not able to see any hd channle on that list, not acceptable.
