Videocon Industries — marathi channel not working and no response from videocon

Dear team
I have mail so many time to customer care and nodal officer team mail i'd but no response
My zee marathi channels are not working and customer care number getting busy everytime.
Today i spoke with alankar from customer care and he update that systems are not working.
For single issue i have to suffer a lot.
Please confirm whether my issue will be resolved or shall i disconnect this d2h service.
I have added mail i'd of anil khera but no use as no one ack the issue

I am also facing the same issue, did call to Customer care they are charging 200rs for technical support to visit technical person to my home. Basically, If I have already paid for the service and I am facing the issue then isn't it service provider responsibility to provide service.

I am also facing issue for videocon d2h. Can’t see marathi channels & few more others though are in pack.
Customer care asking technician visit for 200₹ charges. Why should I pay? Providing service is companies responsiblity. All other channels visible only few has problem, this is strange.
