[Resolved]  Videocon Industries — misguided and rude behavior

Hello I had enquired charges of new antena and your customers executive told me totally charges of new antena is ₹ 450 (including technician charges), I enquired more than three times about cost and each time, they told me you don't need to pay more than ₹ 450, now the antena is replaced and technician told me you give us ₹200 and do ₹450 recharge so I had given him ₹200 and now I contacted to your customer service number now they asking do ₹ 850 recharge. I am really very nervous because of d2h worst services. It's really stealing of money. Please do needful if it will not solve in next two days then I will gowin consumer Forume I have enough proof .
