My customer id is 88587147 since last few days i am facing following problems with videocon d2h :
I could not watch my subscribed channels on their respective channel number. When i changed channel to ‘star plus’ the banner shows the correct name but actually it is showing some "sun tv" and this is happening for more than few other channels too.
Other problem is, time to time they use to update the software of my device, i think this might be the problem of channel mismatch, operator opt to send a technical person to resolve the problem but the operator executive told me to pay the applicable amount. When there's a technical error from the service provider; its unfair to charge customer on service charge. This problem is due to technical fault of the software. Request the concerned team to look into this and respond at the earliest..
Have spoken to Customer care multiple times. They themselves doesn't know what's the issue. either they put me on hold or just disconnects the calls. If i don't get any response within 24 hrs; will disconnect and switch to other. Was this information helpful? |
