Videocon Industries — money back certificate no back money

Please provide money as per bond in 1st June2010 i purchase videocon d2h TV from pranav electronic he give me a bond after 6 year and 11 months Rs.13000/- money back. I also send by register ad all this document at 31/10/2017 13:58 BY POST RL A RG[protected]IN. After that i call in industries aurangabad he said me cash was not available you must purchase product at Ahmedabad. and give me Mr. Pradeep mobile no. after 6 months i take his advice and also send him DD of Rs.6500/- by courier for LED product now he says product is not available what can i do?
