[Resolved] Videocon Industries — new booking! | |||
Dear sir, I booked Videocon d2h connection through online on 24 March 2019 on their website https://www.d2h.com/. After the booking my credit card has been charged for Rs 2306 but I haven't received any booking confirmation mail or SMS from Videocon D2H. I It's been 3 days that I have booked for the services but none of them called me. When I called the customer care they informed me to contact Nodal officer-Hyderabad but none of them responding to my Email's or calls. Please help me in this regard. My Booking details Name: T.
