Videocon Industries — no notification about changes in channel service | |
Sadly this is my second complaint against videocon d2h in last 5 days. Recently i observed that in my d2h plan, company has changed the channel services. Some channels are now removed from my subscription while others have been added. I am aware that d2h has right to do so and that's not what i am really complaining about. What bothers me is that whenever such changes are made, customers are not communicated about the same thru sms. Sadly it's the same videocon that calls me 3 - 4 times a day with those pesky 120/140/044 calls which are automatic promotional voice recordings. I receive at least 3 -4 calls per day. Despite blocking tem, they come back from a new number next time. I have over 50 numbers now blocked still these xxxxxxxx have more numbers with them to call from. They have so much resources towards stupid # marketing but have no customer centricity to inform the customer when subscription services are changeed I hope ceo of d2h has some professionalism and ethics left to bring in a change in the way they interact with the customers.
