[Resolved] Videocon Industries — no reception | |||
No reception even after payment of subscription fee, The my account details on videocon dth shows i have rs. 714.16 in my account but i am not getting any signal, even after complaining several times no response, they just say 2 things 1. We have refreshed your account and 2. We will send the technician which will be charged rs. 200/-. They charge rs. 200/- for the technician to solve the problem which they them selves have created. When i have payed for the subscription should not i get my reception of channels, but no they stop the subscription for 5-6 days and when the customers call them they charge rs. 200 to solve the issue which they have created.
