[Resolved] Videocon Industries — No resolution from customer care support | |
I lodged a complaint with customer care on 16th May 2017, with complaint number 51727317. I was told that engineer would visit my place in 24 hrs. But even after 24 hrs when the engineer didn't come and I checked back with the customer care, they told us that the engineer has already visited your place.
